AC Drive (Model No. G1000 & G2000)
VICTOR is a Microcomputer controlled General Purpose AC Drive (Inverter) with state-of-the--art electronic and incorporates the latest semiconductor power device - Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBT) and unique display unit consisting of 4 seven segment LED's and 16 x 2 character LCD's, VICTOR AC Drives are available in VICTOR G 1000 and VICTOR G2000 Series.
The control circuitry is centered around a 16 bit Micro controller. The control method used is Space Vector Modulation (SVM) in VICTOR G1000 and Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation with Flux Control in VICTOR G2000, which optimizes utilization of input voltage and facilitates smooth rotation of the Motor at low speeds.

Features
Raise / Lower Operation The output frequency setting can be increased or decreased through external potential free contract contacts. This feature eliminates the need of external reference units such as Static reference unit, Motorized potentiometer.
Current Limiting Function VICTOR Drives are capable of limiting the output current to a pre-set level ensuring continuous operation of the Drive without tripping especially during acceleration.
Three Wire Operation This feature allows to control run or stop operation by mean of one pulse command eliminating additional external relay circuit.
Catch on Fly In high inertia loads, during power resumption after failure, Inverter will catch on from the frequency corresponding to the actual motor sped and accelerates to the reference speed.
Fault Memory Upto 19 previous faults are stored on first in first out order and can be viewed the same order. This facilitates ease of trouble shooting.
DC Injection Braking This function is used to decrease the stop time and to improve the stop position accuracy. The frequency at which DC injection braking starts, braking voltage and braking time can be programmed.
Electronic Thermal Overload Relay The Drive will trip considering the odor cooling characteristics at low speed (inverse time characteristics).
Slip Compensation This function corrects the AC Drive output frequency based on load current to compensate the slip of the AC Motor and the resulting accuracy can be 1^ be base speed.
Multi Acceleration / Deceleration Time This function enables to program four different acceleration ro deceleration time realized through two digital inputs.

Optional Features VICTOR AC Drive can be provided with an optional feature of programmable 16 numbers speed time patterns and each pattern with 16 break points. each pattern can be programmed for maximum cycle time of 24 hours in steps of 60 seconds as shown in the figure. This feature is identified by the letter "T: at the end of model number (eg.: VTR150G1 as VTR150G1T).
This unique feature is mainly used fr smooth and step-less speed control of Textile Ring / Spinning Frame Main Motor. These VICTOR AC Drive can be supplied in a special enclosure suitable for textile environment along with Pneumofil Motor control and interlock and are named as TEXVERTERS.
The usage of VICTOR AC Drive for Ring Frames or Spinning Frames with the above feature, will result in significant improvement in product quality and productivity, due to the following advantages.
- Optimum spinning speed, depending on yarn count, bobbin type and fiber material
- Reduced thread breakage on start up and full bobbin
- Operates wit single Motor, eliminating frequency pulley change-over and there by reduced maintenance
- Eliminates the usage of power factor correcting capacitors, since, he drive power factor is almost at unity
Note: When this optional feature is used, the auto restart, Wobbulation programming feature will not be available and also the control terminal function differs.
